Photographs Required for Members Gallery!!!

How To Load Your Photos

• See that photos you are going to install on the website are available in JPEG format in a folder on your computer either from a digital camera or a scanner
• Click on the Members Gallery heading above and in the top left hand corner of the new window click on "log in"
• Enter your email address and personal password to log in
• Click on User functions in the top LH corner
• Click on "Upload New Album"
• Give the album a name - could be the occasion , location or your name for sundry phots. select whether you want the photos to be seen by the general public or by members alone or just by you. This latter choice may be used while you are making and adding to the new album for some time. It can be changed when you are satisfied with the result
• Click on"More" to enable you to write a description of the new album
• Further down the page click on "Browse" and search out the computer folder(s) that your pictures are in and see that every one you require is ticked in the corner of the thumbnail and then click upload in the bottom left hand corner. Allow time for upload - Upload is much slower than download on ADSL Broadband and pictures that are larger than required are minimised
• Click on OK when the upload completed and on "Save" at the bottom of the web page
• You should now find that your new album is at the top of the list of albums
• You now need to click on edit in the heading for your album.
• Go down to where the thumbnails of the photos are - you can now drag and drop the pictures into the correct order or add more pictures by clicking "Browse". You can by clicking on the first picture give it a descriptive title and then the next until you are satisfied. Click on "Update" and then ob "Save" and all should be complete
